🏆 Champions League round 2
20:30 Nanterre – Avellino
In round 1 Nanterre defeated Nymburk, while Avellino got a wonderful win against Besiktas. I don’t trust very much in French basketball as, in my opinion, it’s not at the centre of the European basketball. On the other side Avellino is a good team, it’s the team of Andrea Zerini, a player I love. The most interesting players of Nanterre are Schaffartzik, Invernizzi and Passave, good players, but not so strong as our Zerini.
Money line: Nanterre @ 1.32 / Avellino @ 3.05
Handicap: Nanterre (-5.5) @ 1.75 / Avellino (+5.5) @ 1,92
My betting tip
Avellino (+5.5) @ 1.92 stake 3/10

What a surprise in Bundesliga! Wurzburg has the keadership with a 5-0 record.
Wurzbug defeated Brose Bamberg by 3 in the 1st matchday, while in the 2nd passed Jena by 2. A good win in Bundesliga round 3 by 10 point with Bremerhaven, followed by a great win in Munic (76-84). The 5th win came yesterday by 15 points with Tubingen.
The question is: can the Dirk Bauermann boys win the title?
Don’t look at the Serie A standings, this is an important game for the relegation battle, not for the title. Pistoia has a good 2-0 record, but, with Cremona, Brindisi and Cantù, the tuscanian team has just one target: to avoid the the 16th place in the standings at the end of the regular season.
Cremona – Pistoia 20:45 cet
Cremona @ 1.85 / Pistoia @ 1.90
Cremona has a 0-2 record, while Pistoia has a 2-0 record. Anyway, as you can see by the odds, this is a coin flip match. Cremona coach Romeo Sacchetti is also the new Italian national team coach, he is a very good coach, so everyone thinks he will be able to save Cremona. Pistoia players Gaspardo, Mian and McGee have played for Cremona in the past.
Pick: Pistoia @ 1.90 stake 2/10
The 4th European Cup is the FIBA Europe Cup, a tournament full of small teams, some of them from small countries. Anyway. it’s a nice and interesting competition.
As we can read in wikipedia, for the 2017–18 season, the FIBA Europe Cup was reduced the regular season to 32 teams. This includes eight groups of four teams divided into two conferences and the two top teams from each regular season group will advance to the second round of four groups of four teams followed by the two-legged play-offs.
Regular season starts next week, on Wednesday 18 October. Just few seconds to find the most interesting teams we can find in FIBA Europe Cup 2017/2018: Antwerp Giants (Belgium), Avtodor Saratov (Russia), Kapfenberg (Austria), Istanbul BB (Turkey), Bnei Herzlyia (Israel) and Nizhny Novgorod.
As eurocupbasketball.com reports, FIAT TORINO grabbed a valuable road win in its first-ever 7DAYS EuroCup game by edging CEDEVITA ZAGREB 83-86 in the Croatian capital in Group A on Wednesday.
Next week Fiat Torino will faces another EuroCup newcomer, Morabanc Andorra, next Tuesday. This is one of the most interesting macthes of the next week, as you can see in our European Basketball Calendar.
