Former Anadolu Efes player Zoran Dragic moves to LBA Serie A team Alma Trieste, Eurobasket.com reports. He played most recently at Anadolu Efes in Turkish BSL league. In 8 games he recorded 5.9 ppg, 1.5 rpg, 2.3 apg and 1.1 spg last season. Dragic helped them to win the cup. He also played 14 games in Euroleague where he averaged 10.6ppg, 2.1 rpg and 2.7 apg.
Trieste coach Eugenio Dalmasson reveals that one month ago, reading an interview, he understood that Dragic was looking for a new adventure. “He can be very useful for us. Obviously he will need some games in order to enter in our system, but I am confident he will do a great job for us” Zoran Dragic will make his debut with Trieste shirt n° 30 on Sunday against Olimpia Milano.
