The 4th European Cup is the FIBA Europe Cup, a tournament full of small teams, some of them from small countries. Anyway. it’s a nice and interesting competition.
As we can read in wikipedia, for the 2017–18 season, the FIBA Europe Cup was reduced the regular season to 32 teams. This includes eight groups of four teams divided into two conferences and the two top teams from each regular season group will advance to the second round of four groups of four teams followed by the two-legged play-offs.
Regular season starts next week, on Wednesday 18 October. Just few seconds to find the most interesting teams we can find in FIBA Europe Cup 2017/2018: Antwerp Giants (Belgium), Avtodor Saratov (Russia), Kapfenberg (Austria), Istanbul BB (Turkey), Bnei Herzlyia (Israel) and Nizhny Novgorod.
