Playoff – Western Conference Finals – Game 3

MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES vs SAN ANTONIO SPURS
FedExForum, Memphis, TN, USA
Memphis Grizzlies (0-2, streak L 2) lost both games of the series, even if they probably could be able to secure a win in game 2, the one lost in OT. As we can read in The New York Times pages, Memphis target is simple: “We’re in the same boat we were when we left L.A. We’re down 0-2. We’ve got to go home and take care of business at home,” coach Lionel Hollins said. “It’s not going to be easy, but that’s where we are”.
Memphis Starting Five
Head Coach: Lionell Hollins
San Antonio Spurs (2-0, streak W 2) are playing a superb basket. I think they can go to Memphis to secure the 3rd win in a row in this Conference Final.
San Antonio Starting Five
Head Coach: Gregg Popovich
My bookmaker odds
San Antonio 2.62
Memphis (-4.5) 1.88
San Antonio (+4.5) 1.88
What my bookmaker thinks: San Antonio won the first two games, but now the serie moves to Memphis and home team is strong enough to secure a win.
What I think: San Antonio won the first two games because the Spurs are stronger than the Grizzlies. Probably the Spurs are stronger than any other NBA team. It is a non sense to bet against them in these weeks. I back San Antonio.
What b/r thinks: the wonderful website bleacher report publish his preview about this match. The columnist Zach Buckley see a San Antonio win, I hope he is right. Never forget to read a b/r preview!
San Antonio (+4.5) @ 1.88
Memphis – San Antonio 93-104 OT +4.40
